The Hispanic Business Initiative Fund (now known as Prospera) was celebrating their 25th anniversary and wanted a retrospective video involving interviews from some of their key members and founders.
As script writer for the project, I put together a timeline of the company’s founding and prepared questions for on camera interviews. Over the course of a month, a production team and I traveled across Florida, conducting interviews. On set, I acted as script supervisor ensuring that we got the quotes and stories we needed. In the editing room, I acted as a producer, selecting the best clips and instructing the editor on their placement. Finally, I wrote a memorable intro and outro, to fill in some of the blanks and guide the story to the finished product you see today. It was presented at HBIF’s annual luncheon to rave reviews.
